What is the Hotel Policy?
- All vehicles checked into The Corner House Hotel will be moved by our employees from our front car park, to our larger on-site car park and brought back out ready for your return. We accept no liability for any damage to the vehicle whilst under our custody, care or control.
- The Corner House Hotel accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss of property. All vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owners’ risk.
- The Corner House Hotel will not be held responsible for any dust or dirt left on your car whilst it is parked on our premises.
- Please note that on return from your holiday, your car may have a flat tyre or flat battery. These are common problems and we are happy to help you get back on the road, but under no circumstances will we accept any liability for these problems as we do not operate any electrics inside the vehicles, including lights, nor do we drive them on surfaces where there may be sharp objects when moving your car to and from our on-site car park.
- We take pride in keeping our on-site car park safe and secure, we are manned 24/7 and have CCTV in place.
- You, as the cars registered keeper are required to complete a registration form providing key details of the vehicle you wish to leave with us.
- This includes any necessary vehicle keys, car codes and special requests.
- The Corner House Hotel is proud to operate a no-smoking policy throughout the hotel and we thank you in advance for keeping the site smoke-free. Any guest found to be smoking will automatically be charged £100.
- The Corner House Hotel kindly asks guests to refrain from bringing food or drink into the rooms from outside of the hotel. Any guests found bringing in food or drink will be automatically charged £50.
- Upon arrival, please make yourself familiar with the fire escape route and your nearest fire exit. Fire escape information can be found in your room. Further info is available at reception.
- I hereby authorise The Corner House Hotel Gatwick to debit my card with any sums I owe that are not settled on departure.
- Please check your car on collection, please make sure your gears in neutral before you start your car.

Can I check in early – my flight arrives at Gatwick after midnight?
Yes, normal check-in time is from 14:00 hours, and normal check-out time is before 11:00 hours, but check-in/out times can be arranged by prior arrangement.
Can I check out late or leave my luggage – my flight doesn’t leave Gatwick until the evening?

The hotel is non smoking, welcomes children but does not accept guests’ pets.
How many bedrooms do you have? How many have en-suite facilities?
The Corner House Hotel has 34 bedrooms – 7 single, 17 double/twin and 6 family rooms. 31 of these have en-suite facilities. Some ground floor rooms are available.
